I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Times Square and near various subway stations, which made exploring the city so easy. The rooms, however, were quite small and definitely in need of a refurb to feel more comfortable, especially if you're planning to fit four people in one. The service was somewhat lacking, as I had some issues with housekeeping that made my stay less enjoyable. Overall, it’s well priced for the location, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
